摘    要:综述了选矿分级技术与设备的研究现状和进展。重点介绍了重力水力分级、离心力水力分级和高频振动筛分三大不同类型10种分级设备的结构特点、工作原理、技术性能和研究应用情况。认为矿物分级技术发展较快,应用范围不断扩大,基本满足选矿工艺对矿物粒度分级效果的要求。

Research Progress on Classification Technique and Equipment of Beneficiation Material

Abstract:Research status and progress of classification technique and equipment in ore beneficiation is summarized in this paper. It emphatically introduces three different kinds classification type: gravity-hydraulic classification, centrifugal force-hydraulic classifi- cation and high frequency vibrating screening, and the structure feature, working principle, technical feature and research, application conditions of 10 kind's classification equipment. The development of mineral classification technology is thought faster, the application range is enlarged continually, it can basically meet the requirements for mineral particle size classification effect which asked by beneficiation process.
