摘    要:为减少研发成本、缩短开发周期,采用CAE和单缸机试验相结合的整机开发技术进行大功率发动机的整机性能开发.首先对整机进行热力学计算,初步确定配气定时和增压匹配方案.在此基础上建立单缸机计算模型以及单缸机试验台进行开发试验,在单缸机上完成了供油系统以及燃烧室结构的优化,并根据单缸机实测的数据对计算模型进行修正和标定,进而可以更为准确地指导整机的性能开发.在介绍这一研制开发方法和装置的基础上,重点介绍采用其进行的大功率柴油机进、排气系统的设计开发和参数优化工作.

Abstract:To reduce development costs and shorten development period,a method of developing high power engine using the CAE and single cylinder engine tests is presented.Firstly,a thermodynamic simulation on a multi-cylinder engine was carried out to primarily determine the timing of intake and exhaust valve and turbocharged matching scheme.Based on this result,a simulation model of single cylinder engine was established,and a single cylinder engine test-bed was built.Secondly,development tests were performed on this engine to optimize the parameters of fuel injection system and combustion chamber.The simulation model of single cylinder engine was modified and calibrated based on engine experimental results.Finally,based on the simulation and experimental results of the single cylinder engine,the simulation model of multi-cylinder engine was modified and calibrated.The modified model can be used to guide the development of high power multi-cylinder diesel engine.This study focuses on designing and optimizing the intake and exhaust systems of the high power diesel engine using the aforementioned method.
