| 摘 要： | 滤波器是微波毫米波电路中的重要部件.基片集成波导技术使得包括平面电路、接头和矩形波导在内的完整电路可以以平面的形式集成在标准印刷电路板上.本文将中心介质销钉引入基片集成波导之中,构成新型带通滤波器.论文中分别基于金属销钉和介质销钉设计了两个带通滤波器,Ansoft HFSS数值结果说明这两种方式构成的滤波器均能较好地满足设计指标,说明文中的方法是行之有效的. |

| Abstract: | Filter is a kind of important components in microwave and millimeter wave circuits and systems.The substrate integrated waveguide technique makes it possible that a complete circuit including planar circuitry,transitions,and rectangular waveguides are fabricated in planar form using a standard printed circuit board.In this paper,a filter design method derived from a synthesis technique using centered dielectric post is presented.To validate this approach,two examples are presented based on metallic and dielectric post respectively,and the results are supported by numerical simulation on the basis of Ansoft HFSS. |
