新型锦纶油剂的配制及性能测试

摘    要:通过使用七种表面活性剂复配方法,采用对比试验得到了新型锦纶油剂。应用45°倾斜法、防护系数UPF评定法、动摩擦系数μk测定、体积比电阻ρv测定、残油率测定、精炼度A测定、湿抱合力测定等实验方法测试,新型锦纶油剂的阻燃整理性、防紫外线性、抗静电性、稳定性、防水整理性、精炼性、平滑性各项性能实验结果,都比同类sp-3上油浆丝、Y-上油浆丝等优越。从而更好地防止织物在制造过程中产生自燃、静电、起毛、落浆等弊病。

Abstract:A new nylon oiling agent was compounded with seven surfactants by contrast experiment. It was found by determining the 45° tilt,protection factor UPF,friction coefficient μk,volume resistivity ρv,residual oil ratio,refining degree A and wet cohesion that the property of the new nylon oiling agent on inflaming retarding,ultraviolet prevention,anti-static electricity,stability,waterproof,refining and flatness were superior to those of the sp-3 oil agent and Y oiling agent.
