提高含砷碳难处理氧化金矿石选冶回收率的试验研究

摘    要:广西某地区金矿石为含砷碳难处理氧化金矿石,常规选矿回收率较低,仅为83.00%;金精矿氰化回收率为50.30%,选冶综合回收率为41.50%。为了提高该矿石选冶回收率,综合采用全泥氰化法、焙烧氧化预处理、细菌氧化预处理、加压氧化预处理及常规浮选后精矿再氰化等多种选冶方法开展试验研究,最终选用细菌氧化预处理后精矿再氰化的生产工艺处理该矿石,实现选冶回收率达到95.00%的良好技术指标。

Abstract:For normal mineral separating method on the refractory oxidized gold ore which contained As and C in Guangxi Province, the recovery rate was low by only 83.00%, the gold concentrate cyaniding recovery rate was only 50.3% ,and the ore comprehensive recovery rate was only 41.5% .In order to improve the recovery rate of the mineral ore,comprehensive study by using all-sliming eyanidation,roasting oxidation pretreatment,bacterial oxidation pretreatment, pressure oxidation pretreatment and conventional flotation concentrate of cyanide and other processing methods were conducted.The bacterial oxidation pretreatment process has been determined finally, and ultimately the selection process bacterial pre oxidation of the refractory ore.The metallurgical recovery rate can increase to 95.00%.
