Application of DSA Encryption Algorithm in SMS Early Warning

Sending early-warning information of natural disasters or major accidents onto the phone or oth- er mobile devices has now become a major early-warning method both at home and abroad. How to ensure the authenticity and integrity of the early-warning information is a key issue in ensuring the effective early -warning. By enclypting the early-warning information with DSA digital signature algorithm and then processing the encrypted signature, the signature is made visible within the cellphone text-message encoding scope. This encryption algorithm could ensure the secure transmission of early-warning information in the channel and security authentication of the receiver on the transmitter.
