摘    要:为了验证离子交换树脂在电解金属锰废水行业中的应用效果,通过静态吸附实验、中试动态实验的方法,研究了不同类型离子交换树脂对锰离子的吸附性能及回收特性。结果表明,离子交换树脂对锰离子有一定的交换吸附能力,且同类树脂对各二价金属离子选择性无明显区别,其中各树脂对二价金属离子的吸附能力:D113〈732〈D851。经过一次再生后,离子交换树脂交换吸附能力下降,之后进行多次再生后,其交换吸附能力基本趋于稳定,钙离子对离子交换树脂的再生一吸附有较大负面影响。洗脱液中锰离子浓度最高可达20000mg/L以上。

Abstract:In order to verify the ion exchange resin applying in the wastewater of manganese industry, different types of ion exchange resin were used to adsorb Mn2+ ions through the static adsorption experiments and pilot experiments. The results show that the ion exchange resin can adsorb Mn2+ ion, but it can present no significant selectivity in divalent metal ion, wherein the adsorption capacity is D113 〈732 〈 D851. After the first regeneration, the exchange adsorption capacity of the ion exchange resin is decreased. In multiple regenerations, the exchange of adsorption ability tends is stable. Ca~ ~ ions has its negative influence on the adsorption and desorption process of the ion exchange resin. The concentration of Mn2~ ions in effluent is up to 20 000 mg/L or more.
