数字电子式互感器在分布式电力系统的应用

摘    要:针对分布式电力系统(PSDG)下的测量、保护与控制问题,提出以数字电子式互感器(DET)为核心,构建小型化、智能化和网络化的PSDG测控保护系统的技术方案,以适应PSDG发展的需要。重点探讨了数字电子式互感器应用于PSDG时传感器暂态特性、同步采样、分布式通信及就地测控保护单元等关键问题及解决思路,并简要分析了DET技术研究对相关领域的影响。该领域的研究对于提高PSDG的自动化水平和运行安全可靠性、加快其在我国的应用和推广具有重要的理论和现实意义。

Abstract:In order to adapt to the development of distributed power systems,the technology scheme of constructing a mini-scale,intelligent and network protection system is put forward taking the digital electrical transformers as cores,according to the problems of measurement,protection and control of distributed power systems.The key problems of transit characteristics of DET,synchronize sampling,distributed data communication and local measurement and control units are analyzed.And the solve methods are also discussed.The research on applying DET to PSDG can improve the automatic operation performance,safety and reliability of PSDG.
