| 摘 要： | 目的通过采用低功率氦氖激光血管内照射,治疗下肢静脉栓塞。方法按常规进行静脉穿刺,将氦氖激光纤针留置在血管内,即激光光斑在血管内血液中照射,探讨其疗效。结果患者通过氦氖激光血管内照射后有效率为10 0 % ,治愈率为5 4.5 5 % ,显效率为3 6.45 % ,好转为9%。结论患者经过治疗后,可使临床症状减轻或消失,均取得满意效果。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:Using low power helium-neon laser for intravascular radiation,we aimed to treat patients with the diagnosis of lower limb venous embolism.Methods:After the routine venous puncturation,we established helium-neon laser fine needle into vessel.So the light spot of laser could radiate in the vessel.Results:The effect rate was 100%,the cure reat was 54.55%,the significant effect rate was 36.45%,and the improvement rate was 9%.Conclusion:After the treatment,the clinical syndrome of the patients could get lessened or eliminated,the effect was satisfactory. |
