摘    要:
为提高热处理电镀生产线的生产效率,提高φ0.15 mm钢帘线外绕丝的使用性能,同时能使钢丝适应明火炉→水浴淬火的工艺要求,设计总压缩率为97.03%,热处理Dv值为60 mm.m/min的φ0.87 mm电镀钢丝生产工艺,以代替φ0.75 mm钢丝生产外绕丝。对φ0.87 mm钢丝采用不同的奥氏体化工艺及水浴淬火工艺进行试验,明火炉4个加热区的温度分别为10001,010,10009,60℃;索氏体化为80 cm水浴+空冷。电度工艺采用先镀铜再镀锌+中频炉感应扩散。结果表明,在上述工艺条件下可以得到满足生产要求的热处理电镀钢丝。

Abstract:
The new process of diameter 0.87 mm electroplate steel wire production process, to replace diameter 0.75 mm steel wire to produce spiral wrap wire, total pass draught 97.03%, heat treatment Dv value 60 mm · m/min is designed to improve production efficiency of heat treatment electroplate production line, to improve use performance of diameter 0. 15 mm spiral wrap wire, to make steel wire adapt the process requirement of open fire furnace and aqua quenching. Diameter 0.87 mm steel wire was tested by adopted different anstenitizing process and aqua quenching process. Open fire furnace four heating area temperature is 1 000, 1 010, 1 000,960 ℃ respectively. Sorbiting adopted 80 cm aqua quenching and air cooling. Brass plating process of first brass plating, zinc plating then intermediate frequency furnace diffusion was adopted. Results show that heat treatment electroplate steel wire which meets production requirements can be got under above process.
