乙醇制乙烯装置碱洗塔堵塞现象分析及改造

摘    要:针对乙醇脱水制乙烯(ETO)装置中碱洗塔堵塞现象进行了分析,介绍了碱洗过程中黄油的生成机理及堵塔的原因,并提出了改造措施。将碱洗塔填料由拉西环改为金属环矩鞍,可有效缓解碱洗塔的堵塔现象;优化碱洗塔操作,控制适宜的碱洗温度及碱液浓度,同时减少氧的带入,可有效减少黄油的生成;定期清理塔釜聚合物和析出的碳酸氢钠晶体,有利于装置的长周期运行。

Abstract:The blocking phenomenon of caustic scrubber in ethanol to olefins unit is analyzed. The formation mechanism of grease in caustic scrubber is presented. To control the excessive formation of grease,some alteration measures are taken including changing Rasching rings packing into metal ring intalox saddle to inhibit caustic scrubber blocked,optimizing operation procedures,controlling temperature and content of caustic and reducing oxygen in system to decrease the formation of grease,regular cleaning of polymers and sodium bicarbonate crystals in tower kettle to benefit long-term operation of the plant.
