| 摘 要： | 以短纤维纱线为对象,采用六种测试方法对其捻度稳定性进行了测试与分析,并对各种测试方法的合理性进行了评价。结果表明,采用临界扭结距离和极限扭结个数相结合的方式来评价纱线的捻度稳定性较为合理;纱线捻度的稳定性不仅与纺纱方式相关,同时还与纱线支数、捻度密切相关。

| Abstract: | Take staple fiber as research objects, six kinds of methods were tested and analysis on the stability of the twist, and the rationality of various test methods was evaluated. The results show that the critical distance and limit snarling combination way to evaluate stability of the yarn twist are reasonable; The stability of the yarn twist is not only related to the spinning way, but also is closely related to the yarn count and twist. |
