胜坨油田稠油油藏防砂治理技术对策研究

摘    要:本文针对胜坨油田胜三区东营组油藏地质及油藏特点,分析了1998年以来在东营组油藏不同单元,不同油藏条件,不同原油物性油层所采取的防砂措施,结合目前油藏开发状况,提出了稠油油藏及其边部的低产能井采用管外高压一次充填防砂或PS防砂;对泥质粉,细砂出砂层段采用PS防砂或酸化-抑砂剂处理,对油藏高部位供液能力的井采用防砂提液与油层预处理相结合的措施。

Abstract:In accordance with reservoir characteristics of Dongying formation in Sheng 3 area of Shengtuo oilfield, this paper analyzed sand control measures adopted since 1998 for different reservoir units, conditions and physical properties of crude oils. Combining with current development situation, it has been proposed that primary packing outside the casing at high pressure or PS sand control should be used for heavy oil reservoir and peripheral low productivity wells; PS sand control or acidizing sand inhibitor treatment should be used for argillaceous, silty and fine sand producing interval; and combining sand control with reservoir pre processing should be used for wells with high fluid production force and located at structural high.
