基于S8865的线阵X探伤卡设计

摘    要:设计了一种用于检测强力输送带是否有损的高速线阵X探伤卡。该探伤卡以S8865模块为核心,接收X光源透过强力输送带的不同强度X射线,产生不同大小的电信号,经系统后端运放、差分处理后,信号由控制电路传送到远程终端主控机,为后期的实时监测提供数据。该设计具有高速,抗干扰及可扩展性。强力输送带加宽时,可通过级联多块探伤卡进行检测。

Abstract:A kind of X-ray array detector was designed which used to detect whether the high strength conveyor belt is broken inside.Based on the S8865 module,the detector accepts X-ray throughed the conveyor belt,then generates different voltage signals of varying size.The signals are transferred to far end controller after they were amplified and differenced.This design has high speed,ECCM capability and strong extensibility.When the belt is widened,the detectors could be cascaded to detect it.
