| 摘 要： | 伴随着国民经济的快速发展,我国的水环境污染日趋严重,流域水污染纠纷逐年增多。完善的补偿机制对于维护流域生态和经济的可持续发展有重要作用。以松花江水污染的补偿问题为例,对我国流域水污染的补偿机制现状进行了分析,提出了完善流域的补偿机制在行政、法律等方面的保障条件,初步设计了流域水污染的补偿机制。
