催化裂化辛烷值助剂技术的近期进展

摘    要:探讨石油馏分的催化裂化反应及影响催化裂化汽油辛烷值的主要因素,评述了催化裂化辛烷值助剂技术的近期进展。指出ZSM-5沸石用作催化裂化辛烷剂时,主要是通过择形裂化或异沟化改变催化裂化汽油的组成,从而达到提高汽油辛烷值的目的。

Abstract:The catalytic cracking reactions of petroleum distillates and chief factors that influence the octane number of FCC(fluidized catalytic cracking) gasoline are discussed. Recent progress in the octane enhancer technology of FCC is reviewed. It is pointed out that the ZSM-5 zeolite for use as an octane enhancer of FCC mainly changes composition of FCC gasoline by shape selective cracking or iso-mcrization, thus reaching objective that raise the octane number of gasoline.
