国内外近年高层建筑的发展及所采用的施工技术

摘    要:世界高层建筑的建造重心正由北美洲向亚洲转移。中国近年处于高层建筑迅速 时期在建造总量、高度、层数和体量等方面均有新的突破。多种体系发展,以现浇钢筋混凝土为主体,同时采用钢结构和钢-钢筋混凝土混合结构,向大开间、大柱网、大空间、大距度和多功能发展,相应采用多种现浇和预制安装新技术。

Abstract:The focus of highrise building over the world has transferred currently from North America to Asia.The current developments of highrise buildings in China have been far and wide and in a rapid period.There are numerous new records of building construction in China,such as in their 1,overall amount 2,total heights 3,entire storeys and 4,whole volumes etc.A great many variaties of building systems have been recently developed,namely:making use of the poured-in-place R.C.construction as the main structure and simultaneously adopting the steel structure and the composite steel-R.C. structure as a complementary construction.Besides,the general trends of building construction are developing towards larger bay,larger column network,larger space,larger span and finally a multiple-purpose building made of those respective poured-in-place,precast and erection new construction technology.
