湿法炼锌渣酸浸—浮选富集银试验研究

摘    要:某高酸锌冶炼渣中银品位为360g/t,存在形式复杂,绝大部分被黄钾铁矾包裹。研究了用硫酸加热浸出除锌、铁—浮选富集银,得到的银精矿品位为3 201g/t,银回收率为82.58%。

Abstract:A zinc smelting residue contains silver(360 g/t).The form of silver in the acid leaching residue is relative complex,and most of silver is packaged in jarosites.The acid leaching-flotation process is examined for the acid residue.The experimental results show that the silver floation concentrate grade reaches 3 201 g/t,and the recovery of silver is 82.58%.
