摘    要:针对四川石棉某辉铜矿矿石,研究了用硫酸浸出铜并制取硫酸铜。试验结果表明:矿石在550℃下焙烧30min,然后用硫酸(过量60%)溶液在50℃、固液质量体积比1∶5条件下浸出30min,铜浸出率达90%以上,循环试验物料平衡良好。从浸出液中提取的五水硫酸铜产品质量达到工业一级品要求。

Abstract:Aim at the chalcocite ore from Shimian,Sichuan,leaching of copper using sulfuric acid and preparating of copper sulfate has been studied.The results show that copper leaching rate is 90% when the ore was roasted for 30 min at temperature of 550 ℃,then was leached using sulfuric acid(excessive 60%)for 30 min at the conditions of solid-liquid ratio of 1∶5 and temperature of 50 ℃.Circulation experiment results show that the materials were balance.Copper sulfate product quality reached industrial-grade product quality requirements.
