小套型住宅单元优化设计

我国人多地少的现实与不断提升的居住需求的矛盾会长期存在，加上社会发展难免不平衡，小套型住宅将始终存在一定的社会需求。小套型住宅对解决当前我国不够合理的住宅供需结构和改善低收入家庭生存状况更具迫切意义。为此，本文侧重研究套型建筑面积40～90m2的小套型住宅单元优化设计，提出相关的标准、思路与方案。

Optimal Design of Small Dwelling Size Residence Flat

The contradiction between the reality of vast population and limited farm- land in China and continuously upgrading living demand will exist for a long time. In addition, social development is unbalanced unavoidably; small dwelling size residence will have a certain social demand. Small dwelling size residence has more urgent signifi- cance in solving the current China＇s not reasonable enough residence supply and demand structure and improving the living condition of low-income families. For this reason, this article puts particular emphasis on studying the optimal design of small dwelling size residence flat with 40-90 m2 of building area, puts forward the related standard, thought and scheme.
