摘    要:提出利用机器视觉技术检测食品细菌总数的方法.以适应快速准确检测的要求。比较平板培养计数法,在菌液、牛奶、果汁和牛肉的细菌总数检测试验中,两种方法结果无显著差异(t检验结果p〉0.05)。

Abstract:A detection system of recognizing the total bacteria in food was developed.The system which based on computer vision can meet the need of detecting total bacterial in food fast and accurately.Apply the principle of statistics to compare the new method with the traditional method in contrast experiment of bacteria liquid,milk,juice and beef.The differences between the two are not obvious(p>0.05).
