污泥脱水用离心机的絮凝剂耗用量调试研究

摘    要:针对中山市净水二厂污泥脱水的絮凝剂耗用量大的问题,对污泥脱水用离心机进行了调试研究。结果表明,絮凝剂型号及配制浓度、离心机出水堰板半径等均会影响絮凝剂的耗用量;该厂污泥脱水系统的最佳运行参数如下:进口7652型絮凝剂、絮凝剂投配率为35%~45%、离心机出水堰板半径为128 mm、污泥处理量为25 m3/h。将此最佳运行参数应用到实际生产中,在2010年下半年该厂共减少絮凝剂耗用量为660 kg,节省絮凝剂成本为27 732元。

Abstract:A series of commissioning experiments of centrifuge for sludge dewatering were performed to address large consumption of flocculant during sludge dewatering in Zhongshan Second Wastewater Purification Plant.The results showed that flocculant consumption was influenced by flocculant type,dosage concentration and radius of the centrifuge outlet weir.The optimal operation parameters of the sludge dewatering system were determined as follows: import of 7652 type flocculant,dosage rate of 35% to 45%,radius of outlet weir of 128 mm and sludge treatment capacity of 25 m3/h.By using these parameters in the plant,flocculant consumption was reduced by 660 kg,and flocculation cost was saved by 27 732 yuan in the latter half of 2010.
