| Abstract: | With the rapid increase of consumption loads,it is necessary to build large substations in urban area.Since the underground substation requires high investment,difficult construction,inconvenient maintenance,it is not considered as the preference choice.The design,equipment type selection, and inside layout of the compact 220 kV Minhe Substation in urban area of Shanghai are recommended. |
