镍系催化丁二烯聚合动力学研究——Ⅰ聚合速率方程

摘    要:本文报道了 (BF_3·0Et_2+n—C_8H_(17)OH)(简称Ni—Al—B)体系催化丁二烯聚合动力学研究结果,得到聚合速率方程式为 -dBd]/dt=kNi]~0A1]~(-1)B]~0Bd],A1/B≤1 -dBd]/dt=k′Ni]~0A1]~(-1)B]Bd],A1/B>1 聚合表观活化能为49.2kJ·mol~(-1)。

Abstract:Kinetics on the polymerization of butadiene with (BF_3OEt_2 +n—C_8H_(17)OH)(called as Ni—Al—B)system as catalyst has been studied, The result shows that the rate is around zero order reaction on Ni] and is around negative first order reaction on Al]. It is suggested that the rate equation of the polymerization is - dBd]/dt = k'Ni]~0Al]~(-1)B]~0Bd] Al/B≤1 - dBd]/dt =k'Ni]Al]~(-1)B]Bd] Al/B>1 The apparent activation energy for the polymerization is 49.2 KJ.mol~(-1).
