摘    要:针对各地变电站普遍存在的10kV断路器烧坏合闸、跳闸线圈的问题,依据常用的10kV断路器控制回路图和判断线圈故障的原则,给出了确定合闸、跳闸线圈故障的测试方法,分析了线圈烧坏的原因,评价了常用处理方法的不足,提出通过加装时间继电器来解决该问题的方法,并给出了具体的控制回路图。

Abstract:Aiming at the frequent burnout accidents of closing and tripping windings of 10 kV circuit breakers in substations,a testing method for determining faults of closing and tripping windings is offered according to the control circuit diagram of common 10 kV circuit breaker and the winding fault criteria.The reasons for the winding burnout are analyzed,and the deficiencies of common treating method are evaluated.The use of time relay is proposed for solving the problem.Specific control circuit diagram is also ...
