一种新的非氰提金方法

摘    要:本文研究了用石硫合剂(LSSS)从小秦岭地区氧化,硫化及含砷硫化矿/金精粉中提取金银。常规条件下,对一种原故,二种金精粉处理结果表明:金银浸出率分别达96%,80%以上。浸出周期仅为常规氰化法的1/8到1/2。文中对主要影响因素包括石硫合剂浓度,浸出时间,添加剂,氧化剂,介质等进行了考察。

Abstract:This paper made studies of gold extraction from oxidized ores and sulphide or arsenic-bearing sulphide ores as well as gold concentrate powder in Xiao-Qin-Ling District by LSSS leaching.In this way, the leaching rate of gold and silver reached to 96% and 80% respectively and the leaching period was only 1/8~1/2 as long as the conventional oxidation process, according to the results of treating one kind of run-of-mine and two kinds of gold concentrate powder under conventional conditions. In addition, the influencing factors, such as the density of LSSS, leaching time, additive agent, oxidant, media etc. were investigated.
