达标污水出路探讨

分析了再生水利用尚待解决的主要问题，提出达标污水出路应以深度处理再生利用与达标污水通道输送排江、排海处置或生态工程净化相结合的总体思路，并重点讨论了达标污水深度处理与再生水输配水管网，生态净化工程，直接排江、排海处置选择，河口处置，转移和通道设计等技术对策与措施。
