建设项目可行性研究质量控制的事故树分析

摘    要:将安全系统分析中事故树(FTA)分析方法引入到可行性研究质量控制中,从可行性研究质量控制系统中政策制度、建设单位和咨询单位3个方面的角度进行调查研究。用可行性研究质量影响因素及其逻辑关系建立事故树,并对事故树进行定性分析,确定关键因素和不利组合,以便采取措施,重点控制和防范,从而进一步提高项目可行性研究工作的水平,促进前期工作的有效开展。

Abstract:The fault tree analysis(FTA) method usually used in safe system is applied to quality control of the feasibility analysis for construction projects.This quality control problem is investigated in the views of construction policy,construction and consulting companies.A fault tree model is proposed to describe quantity influence factors and their logic relation.With this model,the key influence factors and disadvantageous combinations can be found.In this way,the quality of feasibility analysis can be ensured...
