摘    要:洪家渡水电站堆石坝施工采用冲碾压实技术在国内外同类坝型中尚属首例,其主、次堆石区在冲碾压实后实际取样分析表明,次堆石区的干密度基本达到主堆石区干密度的要求,主堆石区的干密度则提高到2.190t/m^3以上。冲碾压实技术的应用不仅提高了堆石体压实干密度,还达到了缩短施工期和减少运行期坝体变形的目的。

Abstract:The application of impact rolling technology in construction of rock-fill dam of Hongjiadu Hydropower Station is the first example in same dam type at home and abroad. Analysis on samples collected at site made known the dry density of subordinate rock-fill body basically come up to the requirement of main rock-fill body, and the dry density of main rock-fill body reach up to more than 2. 190 t/m after impact rolling. Application of the technology can not only raise dry density of rock-fill body, but also shorten construction period, reduce deformation of the dam body during operation period.
