老化复合绝缘子界面性能试验检测方法研究

摘    要:复合绝缘子的界面性能对其整体电性能具有重要影响。为找到一种能灵敏反映检测界面性能的检测试验方法,对较典型的挂网运行复合绝缘子进行了一系列试验研究,提出在水煮试验法的基础上,测量复合绝缘子水煮前后的直流泄露电流并进行对比,可灵敏反映其界面特性。相关试验结果显示,此方法对于检验复合绝缘子界面缺陷是有效的。

Abstract:Interface properties of composite insulator have great influence on its holistic electric property.In order to find a test method which can sensitively reflect interface properties of composite insulator,a series of tests and researches have been made based on typical composite insulator in operation.It is proposed that based on the water boiled test interface properties can be reflected sensitively by the comparison of direct leakage current of composite insulator before and after water boiled test.Relevant test results show that the proposed method is effective for the interface defects inspection of composite insulators.
