移民安置规划中的人口分类与平衡计算

移民安置规划包括生产安置规划与生活安置规划，文章首次对其涉及的有关人口问题进行了系统、科学的分类与平衡计算。研究表明：设计水平年规划农业人口可划分为有地人口和规划生产安置人口；规划生产安置人口可划分为规划淹地淹房人口和规划淹地不淹房人口；规划搬迁（生活）安置人口等于规划淹房人口加上随迁人口及影响人口。

Classification and balance calcalation of population in resettlement planning

Resettlement planning includes production resettlement planning and life resettlement planning. Systimatic and scientific classification and balance calculation related to population problems have been done first in this paper. The study indicates that the planning agricultural population of design level year can be classified as a population having lands and a population planning production resettlement which can be further classified as a population planning flooding lands and houses and a population planning flooding lands but not houses. The population of life resettlement plan equals to the population planing flooding houses plus the population going along with transferring.
