摘    要:在加快推进社会主义事业,全面建设小康社会的关键时刻,干部管理和监督工作日益成为国有企业的重要工作。面对新时期的新要求,企业组工部门应当以“三个代表”重要思想为根本标准,坚持干部任用的相关原则,不断健全监管制度,创新工作方法,大力推进干部管理和监督工作。

Abstract:The management and supervision of cadre are increasingly becoming an important work of state - owned enterprises at the high hour of speeding up to propel socialist cause drive and building a well - off society in an all - round way. Facing the new requirement in the new era, the organization department of enterprise should take the important thought of Three Represents as the fundamental standard, persist in the corresponding principles for cadre appointing, keep to improving the management and supervision system, innovate operating method and advance energetically the management and supervision works for cadre.
