线路绝缘子性能及运行情况分析

摘    要:比较了线路上盘形悬式瓷绝缘子、玻璃绝缘子、棒形悬式复合绝缘子及长棒形悬式瓷绝缘子的特性。指出,盘形悬式瓷绝缘子具有良好的绝缘、机电性能及耐磨、耐热冲击及抗气候变化等特点,但需进行零值检查,防污性能较差;盘形悬式玻璃绝缘子零值自破,残垂不易掉线,但闪络绝缘子的巡检较困难,而且价格较高;棒形悬式复合绝缘子抗污闪性能好,耐电蚀性优异,质量小,运行维护方便,但没有行之有效的检测技术,易老化,易脆断,憎水性易遭破坏;长棒形悬式瓷绝缘子的金具较少,抗耐电蚀能力强,防电弧,但瓷件本身较重,安装运输不方便,生产技术要求较高,耐压水平低。实际运行表明,棒形悬式复合绝缘子及长棒形悬式瓷绝缘子耐污性能优良,可提高线路运行的稳定性,宜在线路上广泛使用。

Abstract:The performance of porcelain cap and pin insulators,glass insulators,composite rod type insulators and porcelain rod type insulators for overhead lines were compared.It is pointed out that the porcelain cap and pin type insulators feature satisfactory electrical insulation,electro-mechanical performance,abrasion proof,thermal-shock and weathering resistance,but they have a bit poorer anti-pollution performance and periodic faulted unit verification required.The glass cap and pin type insulators feature self-shuttering at fault,and no conductor-dropping due to residual parts at insulator shuttering,but it is difficult for tour inspection and is of higher cost.The composite rod insulators have high anti-pollution performance,superior tracking and erosion resistance,low mass and easy maintenance work,but have not effective inspection measures,easy deteriorative and brittle fracture as well as poor hydrophobicity.The porcelain rod type insulators have few fittings,high tracking and erosion resistance,arcing resistance,but have heavy weight,less easy for handling and erection,difficult manufacturing process and a bit lower electrical withstand level.It is indicated that porcelain and composite rod type insulators have superior anti-pollution performance and are advantageous to enhance service stability of transmission lines,suitable for wide service.
