摘    要:针对含油污泥调剖剂注入困难和容易二次采出的问题,采用SEM 测定并分析了胜利油田含油污泥微观形貌和组成特征。分析了不同类型分散剂对含油污泥分散特性的影响,优选出分散剂Na2CO3 的适宜加量为0.8%~1.0%。通过流变性实验分析了4 种悬浮剂对含油污泥悬浮性能的影响,确定出适宜的悬浮剂及其加量;在此基础上加入成胶剂和引发剂制成凝胶型含油污泥调剖体系。测定了含油污泥凝胶调剖剂的断裂应力,并通过物理模拟实验评价了调剖效果。结果表明,在储层条件下生成的凝胶型含油污泥调剖剂不会发生脆性破坏,能有效提高原油采收率5.5%。

Abstract:Aiming at difficult injection and easily secondary produced of oily sludge profile control agent,the microstructure characteristics and composition of oily sludge in Shenli oilfield were measured and analyzed by SEM.And then the influences of different types dispersant on dispersivity of oily sludge were analyzed and determining the most suitable adding amount of dispersant Na2CO3 was 0.8% ~ 1.0%.Through the rheological experiments the effects of four suspending agents on suspensions of oily sludge were analyzed respectively,and the appropriate suspending agent and their additive amount were optimized.Based on all of these,mixing the gelatinizing agent and initiator,a novel gel oily sludge profile control system was prepared.Finally,fracture stress was measured and profile controlling effect of this novel agent was evaluated through physical simulation experiments.The results showed that the brittle fracture of oily sludge profile control gel could not happen in reservoir conditions,and could enhanced oil recovery 5.5% effectively.
