双筒磁流变阻尼器动力学特性研究

摘    要:对双筒磁流变阻尼器进行动力学实验和实验数据分析,基于Bingham塑性模型建立了双筒磁流变阻尼器的力学模型。模型公式中各项与理论相对应,具有清晰的物理意义,各参数的物理量可以根据实验数据确定,其表达形式易于实际控制器设计和磁流变阻尼器的结构设计。通过对不同电流、不同加速度下磁流变阻尼器的动力学实验,验证了磁滞现象与加速度有关。

Abstract:Based on Bingham plastic model, a mechanical model of a twin-tube magneto-rheological (MR) damper is proposed according to experimental data analysis. This twin-tube MR damper model has clear physical meanings, its physical parameters can be obtained via experimental data. The model expressions can conveniently be applied to design of actual controllers and MR dampers. The nysteretic phenomena in MR dampers are found to be related with acceleration, it is confirmed using the dynamic experiments for MR damper by changing electric currents and accelerations.
