井下支架振动环境下受力振动状态仿真研究

摘    要:在矿业生产中,井下支架作为关键设备在安全生产中有着重要作用。由于井下环境恶劣,经常出现的振动对井下支架有严重影响,为了避免长期处于振动环境下的井下支架出现疲劳引起安全事故,对支架进行建模,并仿真分析了支架受力振动的内部变化,为井下支架的设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In mining production,the underground holder is key equipment and has important effect in safety production.Due to bad conditions in mine,common vibration has serious impact on underground holders,in order to avoid underground holders working in shake environment long time cause accidents,model of underground holder in shake environment under mine is set and analysis internal changes of holders when it forced by shake based on simulation,providing theory basis for design of underground holders.
