基于SolidWorks细长轴的加工方法及有限元分析

摘    要:主要介绍了对于同轴度要求较高的细长轴,其单件或者小批量生产的加工方法及有限元分析。利用SolidWorks进行实体建模,分析其在加工过程中引起变形的因素,并对其进行工艺分析、详细加工步骤做出说明,在实际加工过程中,利用本方法可以提高加工精度和降低废品率,对实际加工有指导意义。利用Simulation对加工成形的细长轴进行有限元分析,施加载荷,进行应力、应变和位移分析,并对其刚度进行校核,对于实际装配有指导意义。

Abstract:This paper mainly introduces the coaxial tolerance to demand higher slender shaft,its single or small batch production processing method and the finite element analysis.Making entity modeling by SolidWorks,and analyzes its cause in the machining process of the deformation of the factors,and carries on the analysis of the technology,and the detailed process steps to explain,in actual processing process,using this method can improve the machining accuracy and reduce scrap,guiding significance to the actual processing.Using Simulation on the processing of slender shaft forming in finite element analysis,exert the load,the stress,strain and displacement analysis,and the stiffness,check the assembly is of guiding significance for actual.
