煤矿井下便携式水射流切割机的设计及实验研究

摘    要:在煤矿井下高瓦斯的危险环境中,依据水射流"冷"切割的特性,设计并实验研究了一种便携式前混合磨料水射流切割系统。试验中选取驱动压力、切割靶距、磨料流量、切割速度作为主要工艺参数,实验表明:驱动压力增大,一次切割最大深度随之近似线性增加;切割靶距增大,一次切割深度先增大后减小;磨料流量增大,一次切割最大深度先增大后减小;切割速度增大,一次切割最大深度越小,切割效率先增大后减小。

Abstract:A portable pre-mixed abrasive water jet cutting system was designed and tested for underground coal mine environment based water jet "cold" cutting characteristics.The major four influence parameters were experimented and analyzed.The experiment proved that: With increasing of driving pressure,the maximum cutting depth increases linearly;with increasing of flow rate and stand off distance,the maximum cutting depth first increases and then decreases;with increasing of cutting speed,the maximum cutting depth decreases linearly.
