备用电源自投装置非预期动作情况分析

摘    要:就不同方式的备用电源自投装置(简称备自投)在运行中的非预期动作情况进行了分析,如线路备自投、高压母联备自投、低压备自投等。并就如何避免备自投装置的非预期动作,减少电网及设备风险,提高供电可靠性,提出了一系列措施和可行方案,如工作线路过电流闭锁、变压器差动保护动作闭锁、变压器低压后备保护动作闭锁、备自投启动联切小火电并网线等。

Abstract:The unanticipated actions of automatic bus transfer equipment(BZT)in different opera-tion patterns are analyzed,including line BZT,high-voltage and low-voltage bus-tie BZTs etc.A series of measures and feasible schemes are presented to avoid the unanticipated actions,such as working line over-current blocking,transformer differential protection action blocking and trans-former low-voltage back-up protection action blocking,tripping off the parallel-in switch of small power plan at BZT startup,which reduces the risks of network and equipment and improves the reliability of power supply.
