半固态60Si2Mn流变轧制的组织及性能

摘    要:对弹簧钢(60Si2Mn)进行1道次的半固态轧制变形,研究半固态浆料轧制前后的组织和性能,明确了在轧制变形中半固态浆料的组织变化规律和轧后的力学性能特征,结果表明:仅经过1道次的半固态轧制变形,兰固态浆料的组织就得到了明显的改善;在半固态浆料中,固相颗粒大多聚集在轧件的中间区域,液相主要流向轧件的边部,从而导致液相偏析,使轧制产品的边部和中部的组织和性能的不同,只有当固相率达到一定数值时,固相颗粒才会发生塑性变形,被压扁拉长。

Abstract:The microstructures and mechanical characteristics of the semi-solid 60Si2Mn rolled for one pass were investigated. Results show that the microstructures of semi-solid slurry were obviously improved although only one pass rolling. The liquid and solid phases in rolling state were separated. The solid phase gets together at the center of the rolled piece, and the liquid phase flows to the edge of the rolled piece, these led in liquid segregation and the difference of microstructural and mechanical characteristics between center and edge region. Only when the solid fraction overpasses critical value, the solid phase can be deformed and solid particles are extended.
