SIH4激光等离子体氢光谱线的加宽机制

摘    要:本工作用光学多道分析仪测量了SIH4激光等离子体内氢光谱线的线型,通过对氢谱线加宽机制的讨论,得到其主要加宽机制的Stark加宽的结论。利用理论线型和实验线型的拟合,测量了SIH4激光等离子体的两个主要参量--电子密度和等离子体温度,结果与已有报道一致。

Abstract:The shape of H spectral lines in SIH 4 laser plasma was measured by Optical Multichannel Analysis Instrument.By discussing the broadening mechanism of H spectral lines,we concluded that the main broadening mechanism is Stark broadening.Two important parameters-electron density and plasma temperature of SIH 4 laser plasma were obtained by comparing the experimental curve with theory one.The results consist with reported.
