摘    要:以刚度为分段线性的 Jeffcott转子为转子与静子碰摩的简化模型 ,建立了系统的运动微分方程 ,在碰摩作用的时间间隔相同 ,且每次转子与静子接触时间极短的情况下 ,推导出了系统运动方程解的形式和系统振动响应的频率特征 ,证明了在这种假设下 ,系统呈周期或拟周期运动 ,数值计算也验证了这一结论

Abstract:In this paper, vibration characteristics of a rotor system with rotor to stator rub impact are investigated, particularly focussing on analysis of the fault symptom of the system. A rub impact model based on Jeffcott rotor without considering vibration of the stator is analyzed, the vibration characteristics in frequency domain are investigated through analysis of the orbit, spectrum and Poincare map. In case of same interval of impact and transient contact time of rotor to stator, the expressions of solution are derived from the motion equation. It is confirmed by numerical calculation that the system exhibits periodic or quasi periodic vibration in this situation.
