B级钢/Q450NQR1钢焊接接头组织与力学性能

摘    要:
通过拉伸、弯曲、冲击、硬度试验以及金相分析等方法,研究了B级钢/Q450NQR1钢焊接接头组织与力学性能。结果表明:接头抗拉强度优于母材B级钢,弯曲性能良好;B级钢侧HAZ冲击值较低;焊缝组织为先共析铁素体+针状铁素体,B级钢侧HAZ为铁素体+网状珠光体,晶粒粗大。

Abstract:
Microstructure and mechanical properties for the welded joints of B-grade steel and Q450NQR1 steel were researched by tensile,flexural,impact,hardness tests and metallographic.The results show that joint tensile strength of the two steel is better than that of B-grade steel materials,and the bending properties of the joint is good;the impact value near to B grade steel HAZ is lower.The microstructure is proeutectoid ferrite + acicular ferrite in weld,and near the HAZ of B grade steel side is ferrite + meshe...
