抽油杆杆头自动荧光磁粉探伤机的研制与应用

摘    要:针对抽油杆杆体探伤存在盲区,无法探测到杆体两端约300mm的范围,螺纹、推承面、卸荷槽、镦粗圆等部位的缺陷造成漏检,影响抽油杆检测修复整体质量等问题,研制了杆头自动荧光磁粉探伤机。该设备可以全方位探测并清晰显示杆体探伤盲区存在的≤2mm的缺陷。经下井使用.断脱率为零。

Abstract:Sucker rod body flaw detection can not examine the flaw in the 300mm scopes of rod body two end, Since this way exist blind area. Cause fail to detection, Affect overall quality of sucker rod detection and restores. Researching automatic flaw detection machine of fluorescence magnetic particle was aimed at this problem. This equipment can be all-directional to examine and clear display smaller or equal to 2mm flaw of the blind area in rod body flaw detection. By using in well, the rate of breaking and taking off were 0%.
