自蔓延高温合成Ni-Zn铁氧体反应机制的研究

摘    要:采用“气窒法”实现燃烧波的“淬熄”,获得了自蔓延高温合成Ni-Zn铁氧体中不同阶段的燃烧产物,对燃烧产物进行XRD分析,并结合热力学和TG-DTA分析,探讨了自蔓延高温合成Ni-Zn铁氧体的反应机制,研究结果表明,Fe粉在高压氧气下被氧化生成Fe2O3并放出大量的热,使自蔓延反应进行,同时Fe2O3与ZnO,NiO接触,以溶解析出和扩散机制形成Ni-Zn铁氧体。

Abstract:The quenched samples of combustion products at different stages of self_propagating high_temperature synthesis (SHS) Ni-Zn ferrite were obtained by suffocation method. The phase composition of combustion products was analyzed by XRD, from which, in combination with thermodynamics and TG-DTA analysis, the reaction mechanism of SHS Ni-Zn ferrite was investigated. The results show that it is the oxidation reaction of iron powders that give out plenty of heat, which sustaine the SHS reaction. The oxidation product Fe 2O 3 contacts with ZnO and NiO, and form Ni-Zn ferrite powders by the mechanism of dissolution- separation and diffusion.
