关于制冷空调行业转型升级发展的思考

改革开放以来,中国的制冷空调行业取得了世人瞩目的成就,产业规模已位居世界之首,产品的制造质量、性能水平显著提高。综合分析当今国内外形势变化,保护臭氧层和温室气体减排仍是行业内外所面临的最重要的两大课题。《国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划纲要》提出要加快转变经济发展方式,实施转型升级发展,着力建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会,这也为行业今后的发展指明了方向。行业同仁应与时俱进,以节能环保为导向,着力培养自主创新能力,并逐步转向关注产品制造与系统集成技术并重的集约型发展道路,实现行业和企业的转型升级发展,推动中国制冷空调行业实现由大到强的宏伟目标。

Thoughts for the development of transformation and upgrading of R ＆ AC industry

Since the reform and opening up, China R＆AC industry has made great achievements. The industrial scale has been ranked first in the world, the quality and performance of products also improved significantly. Considering the changes of local and international situation,ozone layer protection and emission reductton of greenhouse gas are still key issues faced by R＆AC industry and other industries. The Chinese government paper, The Twelfth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development, outlines, accelerating the development patterns of economic transformation, implementing development of transformation and upgrading, making efforts to create a resource-saving and environment-friendly society. It is also a guide for the development of China R＆AC industry in the future. Industry peers shall keep pace with the times,taking energy-saving and environment-friendly as a guide, cultivating the ability of independent innovation and gradually moving to intensive development by focusing on both product manufacturing and system integration technique. In this way, China could realize the development of transformation and upgrading of industries and enterprises; it also promotes China R＆AC industry from large to strong.
