我国热泵热水机能效标准的研究

介绍热泵热水机国内外如美国、日本相关能效标准。对国内55家热泵热水机企业460多个型号的样本数据进行调研。对热泵热水机名义工况下COPh与制热量间的关系进行统计并分析,结果显示:空气源普通型热泵热水机最低COPh值为2.93;水源热泵热水机最低COPh值为3.55。线性回归分析发现热泵热水机COPh值与制热量的线性关系不明显,故建议制定热泵热水机的能效等级可不考虑制热量对COPh值大小的影响。本文建议热泵热水机能效等级标准采纳三级能效等级:其中3级表示入门级,2级表示节能级,1级表示最高级。本文根据理论分析和数据统计给出空气源热泵热水机(含普通型和低温型)及水源热泵热水机这3级能效标准的建议值,例如普通型空气源热泵热水机的COPh从3级、2级到1级分别3.7,4.0和4.3,可供标准制定时参考。

Research on energy efficiency standard for heat pump water heater in China

Energy efficiency standards for heat pump water heater at home and abroad such as the United States and Japan are introduced. Data of over 460 models of the 55 heat pump water heater companies is surveyed. Statistics analysis of the relationship between COPh and heating capacity of the heat pump water heater in nominal conditions is indicated that the minimum value of COPh of the common air source heat pump water heater is 2. 93, while that of the water source heat pump water heater is 3. 55. The linear relationship between the COPh and the heating capacity of heat pump water heater is not obvious in linearity regression analysis. So it is suggested that the estab- lishment of energy efficiency standards for heat pump water heater can neglect the impact of the heating capacity on the the COPh value. It is suggested that the energy efficiency standards of the heat pump water heater adopt the three grades of energy efficiency. The third grade represents the elementary grade,the second grade represents the energy-saving grade, and the first grade is the highest grade. Based on the theoretical analysis and statistics, the suggested values of the three grades of energy efficiency standard for air source heat pump water heater （including common ones and the low temperature ones） and water source heat pump water heater are proposed. For example, the COPh of the ordinary air source heat pump water heater is 3.7,4. 0 and 4. 3,respectively for the third, second, first level, which is available to the relevant standard-setting reference.
