| 摘 要： | 随着城市建设的迅速发展和旧城改造进程的加快,既为城市地下空间开发利用提供发展机遇,同时存在可能损失或破坏地下空间资源的潜在危险性。因此,应依据城市总体规划,拟定出修建性详细规划和控制性详细规划,以保护地下空间资源,使城市地下和地上空间得到合理的有效的开发利用,本文探讨了编制地下空间专业规划的方法及初步设想。
