汽轮机中压调汽门螺栓断裂分析

摘    要:采用力学性能、金相分析等方法,对汽轮机螺栓的断裂进行分析,分析结果表明,螺栓在长期高温运行过程中,碳化物沿晶析出导致晶界弱化,从而在应力作用下形成疲劳源,最终产生疲劳断裂。

Abstract:The fracture reason of turbine bolt was analyzed by means of metallographic and mechanical testing. The result showed that the precipitation of the carbide along the grain boundaries in bolt after long term operation at high temperature decreased the strength of the grain boundaries. Fatigue microcracks mitiated. The propagation of the microcracks finally resulted in the fatigue fracture of the bolt.
