硫磺回收装置之废热锅炉管板结构有限元应力分析

摘    要:针对废热锅炉拉撑平管板的结构特点,对拉撑平管板与换热管连接部分进行了有限元分析,建立了三维有限元力学分析模型,按照JB4732—1995《钢制压力容器——分析设计标准》的规定进行了应力强度评定。有限元计算结果表明,所分析结构的强度能够满足设计要求。

Abstract:In allusion to structure features of flat tube sheet with dummy bracing tubes for waste heat boiler, author has made finite element analysis on the connecting portion of heat exchanging tube with flat tube sheet having dummy bracing tubes, has established the mechanical analysis model with tri- dimensional finite element, and has made a stress strength assessment as per stipulation of JB 4732 - 1995 《steel pressure vessel analysis design stand- ard》, finite element calculation result indicates that the strength of structure analyzed can satisfy design requirement.
